FIFTH STATION of THE CROSS: The Cross is laid on Simon of Cyrene. The Gospel tells us that as the weight of Jesus’ Cross grew, the Roman soldiers compelled a man named Simon to step in and carry the Cross for a time.

​

We too must carry the cross of others.  We reach out to those in need through the Brown Bag Lunch program on Mondays.

 

On the 3rd Saturday of each month we provide a hot meal and toiletries in our Parish Hall through our new monthly outreach program St. Simon Cares...
